Each mat is carefully inspected by hand to ensure the highest quality. We at MIMIC are well informed that the No Return, No Exchange policy is expressly prohibited under the law. With this being said, we allow returns and/or exchange IF and only if, it is still in pristine condition and is unused, accompanied with your original proof of purchase.

Pick-ups are available at downtown area, Cebu. Please send an email to phmimic@gmail.com, so we can send you the exact location. Our retail staff can inform you via text or email notification when your parcel is ready for pick-up.
